Before you order
Pirate Camp Co state the shelf is designed for soft, lightweight items only. It is not intended for heavy or rigid items, or anything that could become a projectile in an accident or while off-roading. They recommend securing larger items with Velcro straps.
Pirate Camp Co also place these responsibilities on the vehicle operator:
- Keep all items securely stored or fastened in the shelf
- Do not seat anyone in the row of seats below the shelf while it is fitted
- Remove the shelf and all brackets before seating passengers in that row
- Do not exceed the 10kg maximum load
- Spread the weight evenly across the shelf
