Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with NXG or Nextgenranger.com.au. We strive to provide high-quality products and services, and we hope that you are happy with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a product, and we have developed the following refund policy for such circumstances.

ALL EXCHANGE / RETURN OF PRODUCTS THAT ARE NOT DUE TO DAMAGE WILL ATTRACT A 25% RESTOCKING FEE. IF ORDERS ARE CANCELLED PRIOR TO SHIPMENT, THIS WILL ATTRACT A 3.5% MERCHANT SERVICES CHARGE BACK TO COMPENSATE FOR THE TRANSACTION FEES RELATING TO THE ORDER PLUS ANY RESTOCKING / CANCELLATION FEES FROM SUPPLIERS.
  1. General Policy
a. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any products purchased from our website.

b. We do not offer refunds on any membership fees paid for accessing any of our exclusive products, content or features.
  1. Faulty Products
a. If the product you received is faulty or defective, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement. To be eligible, you must notify us within seven (7) days of receiving the product.

b. We reserve the right to inspect the product to determine if the fault or defect was caused by misuse or negligence on your part. If we find that the fault or defect was caused by your actions, we will not issue a refund or replacement.
  1. Shipping and Handling Costs
a. We do not refund any shipping or handling costs associated with your purchase.

b. If you are eligible for a refund or replacement of a faulty product, we will cover the cost of returning the product to us.

b. If you are eligible for a refund or replacement, we will provide you with further instructions on how to return the product to us.

c. We will issue refunds or replacements within fourteen (14) days of receiving the returned product.

d. There are no returns or refunds provided on Final Sale or "Used Parts". These sales are made at significant discount from OEM Factory Parts to prevent waste and to benefit the Ford community.

a. We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.

b. Any changes to this Refund Policy will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
