The EGR RollTrac Manual is the market leader in Roller Covers, providing strong, durable design, rugged protection and easy-to-use controls. 

Our Australian designed and tested Tonneau Cover is created with strong, aluminium slats, finished off with a black, powdercoat finish providing not only a strong and durable tub cover, but a sleek, low profile accessory for your tub without compromising on quality.

Due to the unique nature of our EGR RollTrac design, our roll cover is impenetrable with our aluminium slats locking in place, keeping your tub safe and dry. 
With over 150,000 hours of testing in the harshest of climates, our tub cover can withstand all the heat, rainfall, beach and cold that the Australian climate presents to us.

It has never been easier to open and close a Roll Cover, with our on-board latch handle, it is as simple as lifting the latch and sliding the Tonneau Cover to any position, with 100mm locking increments. Once you’re done with your Roll Cover, simply lock your tray with one of our two keys provided to secure your tub (no need for annoying pull straps).

A robust and sleek design with no compromise on quality. The exterior is finished in a lightly textured satin black powder coat and distinguished by soft edges and clearly defined formal contours. The EGR RollTrac compliments your vehicle's aesthetics perfectly.

FUNCTIONALITY
Multi positional handle that allows you to lock off the cover at 100mm increments allowing easy access to your tub. The handle rests flush with the cover so you maintain that sleek, smooth finish.
SECURE
Strong aluminium slats that interlock and cannot be cut or forced open creating the best security on the market. EGR RollTrac Manual includes tailgate locking with the supplied key.

WEATHER RESISTANT
The EGR RollTrac has been tested for all climate and weather conditions. Dry dusty desert, wet tropical rainfall, salt spraying beach driving, and even extreme cold and snow.

LOW MAINTENANCE
The EGR RollTrac has an easy accessible canister to allow easy cleaning and removal of debris.

ACCESSORIES
A universal T-Rail system is built into the EGR RollTrac side arms allowing for pre-existing accessory compatibility.


Seamlessly add any accessories on top of the EGR RollTrac with our in-built universal T-Rail system allowing the fitting of all of your pre-existing & EGR accessories.
The addition of the EGR RollTrac to your vehicle creates a safer storage area for your tub.

EGR RollTrac Manual can be opened and closed with a built-in latch handle that allows the user to easily slide the roll cover to any position and can be locked in 100mm increment along its journey. Lock your tub with a turn of a key and your tub is safe.
