All mounting hardware for the bracket is supplied and no modifications to the vehicle are required. Disconnect the battery before you start. The bracket goes on quickly. Sizing cable, choosing fuse ratings and running leads through to the accessory is the part that takes the time, so plan that side of the job first.

No. Pirate Camp Co state this product is the bracket and its mounting hardware only. For a charger, they list a separate under bonnet auxiliary battery mount for the Super Duty with provision for a Redarc 25A or 40A BCDC.
