Frequently asked questions
Will these fit another brand of drawer?
No. The foam is cut specifically for the Pirate Camp Co DryStore Sealed Drawer System and will not suit another manufacturer's drawers. If you are running a different brand, a universal foam sheet cut to size is the practical alternative rather than trying to trim these to fit.
Can I cut the foam to hold specific gear?
Yes, and plenty of people do. EVA takes a sharp blade cleanly, so cutting pockets for a camera body, a torque wrench or a compressor is straightforward. Work slowly and cut undersize first, because you can always take more foam out and you cannot put it back.
Do I need the dividers as well?
They do different jobs. The foam stops gear rattling and getting marked. The dividers stop a half-empty drawer sliding its contents to one end under brakes. Most people running a drawer seriously end up with both.
Can I order the foam with the drawers?
