Description, fitment and specifications
A 4 inch stainless steel snorkel for the Ford Everest UA and UA2 (2015-2022), manufactured in Australia and powdercoated satin black locally. The finish is seamless, so there is no weld line running down the body. Stainless is the reason to look at this one over the rotomoulded plastic that dominates the category.

Key features
- 4 inch stainless steel body
- Manufactured in Australia, powdercoated satin black locally
- Seamless finish with no weld line down the body
- Holds its colour where plastic chalks and fades
Most snorkels on the market are rotomoulded plastic, which chalks under Australian sun and fades to grey. Stainless holds its finish and does not care how many summers it sees.

Fitting and installation
Read this before ordering. VIKOR state that bi-turbo engines need a custom airbox, or modification of the factory airbox, to run this snorkel. Neither is supplied and it is not a quick job. VIKOR strongly recommend professional installation. Fitting a snorkel means cutting the guard, so it is the one job where a template and a steady hand matter more than the part itself.
What's included
- Stainless steel snorkel body
- Fitting instructions
- Cutting template
- Mounting hardware
Not included: tools, custom airbox or airbox modification for bi-turbo engines, and installation.
Frequently asked questions
Will it fit the Next Gen Everest?
No. This snorkel is cut for the UA and UA2 Everest built between 2015 and MY2022. The Next Gen Everest (U704) launched in 2022 with a different guard shape and a different engine bay, so it takes a different snorkel. Check your build plate if you are not sure which you have.
I have the bi-turbo. What do I need?
VIKOR state bi-turbo engines require a custom airbox, or modification of the factory airbox, to run this snorkel. Neither is supplied with the kit. Factor that into the job before you commit, and talk to your installer about which route they prefer before the guard gets cut.
Why stainless instead of plastic?
Longevity of the finish. Rotomoulded plastic snorkels chalk under Australian sun and fade to grey. Stainless holds its powdercoat and still looks right in five years. It costs more up front and it is the reason people buy this one.
Can I fit it myself?
The kit includes instructions, a cutting template and the mounting hardware, so it is possible. It also involves cutting a hole in your front guard, and there is no undo on that. VIKOR strongly recommend professional installation and we would say the same.
