Description, fitment and specifications
Four channel nuts and the hardware to go with them, for mounting accessories into the track on a VIKOR dual channel roller shutter. They slide into the slot in the side rail, turn to lock, and give you a structural mounting point anywhere along the rail without putting a hole in it.
Compatibility
These suit the VIKOR Dual Channel Shutter system only. The channel nut is 19 x 19 x 6mm and it needs the slot profile used on VIKOR's dual channel side rails to seat and lock correctly.
Vehicles: VIKOR dual channel shutters fitted to the Next Gen Ford Ranger, Ranger Raptor, Ford Ranger Super Duty (2025-Current) and Ford F-150.
They do not suit single channel shutters, generic tub rails, hard lid rails or aftermarket roof bar track from other brands. Those use different slot widths, and a channel nut that does not seat properly is not a structural mount. If you are unsure which track you have, measure the slot opening and send us the figure.

The alternative is drilling the side rail, which puts a hole in the top of a sealed track and fixes your mounting point permanently in one spot. Channel nuts give you the same mounting strength anywhere along the rail, and you can move the mount later when the setup changes.

Frequently asked questions
Why not just drill the rail?
Drilling puts a hole in the top of a sealed track, which is where water then goes, and it locks the mounting point into one position for good. Channel nuts give you the same strength anywhere along the rail with neither problem.
How many sets do I need?
Count the bolts on whatever you are mounting. A pair of cross bars usually needs four points, so one set covers it. Ladder mounts and larger brackets often need more. Buy a spare set if you are still working out the layout, because they are useful for anything you add later.
Will they fit another brand of shutter?
They are made for the VIKOR Dual Channel Shutter. Other brands use different slot widths, and a channel nut that does not seat properly is not a structural mount. Measure the slot opening on your track and send us the figure if you want it checked.
