Airbag Suspension Kit for Next Gen Raptor

NXG are proud to bring Next Gen Raptor owners an Australian-made Airbag Suspension Load Assist Kit. The Next Gen Raptor Airbag Suspension Kit comes with:

• 2 x BOSS Extreme Series Double Bellow Airbags
• 4 x brackets (2 upper & 2 lower)
• Mounting Hardware
• Quality SAE J844 Government Approved Airline
• Dual Schrader Valves Mounted in Stainless Panel
• Instructions for fitting

Boss Extreme series airbags are rated at 2500lb or 1136kg per side and have been government approved tested to over 750psi.

All Boss Next Gen Raptor airbags are manufactured AND branded by BOSS.

Average dual cab ute will run around 15-45psi depending on load.

To get the best performance from your kit inflate airbags just enough to achieve a level ride height. By doing this you are also allowing all of the suspension components to share the extra load of the vehicle and not putting any unnecessary pressure on any one individual part of your vehicles suspension.

Note – Will allow for full suspension extension but could limit max compression in some situations.

The kit is designed to be a load assist suspension kit to help level the vehicle when carrying extra weight.

NOTE – If you have any rear suspension lift fitted, You need to choose the 2" Raised option.
