It is important you understand that although we may provide “Free Shipping” on some orders, it can be very expensive to ship within Australia. We absorb this cost in certain circumstances to ensure our Next Gen community have a seamless experience with their purchases.

NXG provide a single, one-stop location for Next Gen Ford owners with an online procurement service. As such, please be aware before any purchase that:
ALL EXCHANGE / RETURN OF PRODUCTS THAT ARE NOT DUE TO DAMAGE WILL ATTRACT A 25% RESTOCKING FEE. IF ORDERS ARE CANCELLED PRIOR TO SHIPMENT, THIS WILL ATTRACT A 3.5% MERCHANT SERVICES CHARGE BACK TO COMPENSATE FOR THE TRANSACTION FEES RELATING TO THE ORDER PLUS ANY RESTOCKING / CANCELLATION FEES FROM SUPPLIERS.

General Policy
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any products purchased from our website.
We do not offer refunds on any membership fees paid for accessing any of our exclusive products, content or features.

Faulty Products
If the product you received is faulty or defective, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement. To be eligible, you must notify us within seven (7) days of receiving the product.
We reserve the right to inspect the product to determine if the fault or defect was caused by misuse or negligence on your part. If we find that the fault or defect was caused by your actions, we will not issue a refund or replacement.

Shipping and Handling Costs
We do not refund any shipping or handling costs associated with your purchase.
If you are eligible for a refund or replacement of a faulty product, we will cover the cost of returning the product to us.

If you are eligible for a refund or replacement, we will provide you with further instructions on how to return the product to us.
After inspecting your returned items to ensure they are unopened and do not carry any damage, we will issue refunds or replacements within fourteen (14) days of receiving the returned product, less any relevant restocking and transaction fees.
There are no returns or refunds provided on Final Sale or "Used Parts". These sales are made at significant discount from OEM Factory Parts to prevent waste and to benefit the Ford community.
