The pre-runner sits between the two extremes. More presence and more mounting real estate than the No Loop, without the bulk and the headlight coverage of the Full Guard. If your main reason for buying a bar is somewhere to bolt lights, this is the one.

On a PX3 that means the front parking sensors in the bumper and the radar cruise and AEB hardware behind the grille, which is what most buyers are actually asking about. How big a light bar will the hoop take?
That comes down to the width between the uprights rather than the hoop itself, so measure before you buy lights. Tell us which light bar you are running and we will match it to the hoop before you order, which is easier than working it out with the bar already on the vehicle.
Will it fit a PX1?
No. The PX1 ran from 2011 to 2015 with a different front bumper and grille to the PX2 facelift. This bar is cut for the PX2 and PX3. The change happened mid-2015, so check your build plate if your vehicle is from that year.
Does the hoop block your forward view?
A single loop does sit in the driver's sightline in a way the No Loop bar does not. Most owners stop noticing within a week. If forward vision is the deciding factor for you, buy the No Loop and mount lights on the roof instead.
Does it keep the factory safety systems working?
