VIKOR list this set for the pre-facelift truck only. The changeover landed part way through 2024, which is why it is written as MY2024.5 rather than a clean model year. Order against your build date rather than the model year on the paperwork.

The reason people fit these is height. An F-150 on stock suspension is already a long step up, and a lift makes it worse for shorter passengers, kids and anyone with a bad knee. Fixed steps fix that but hang there permanently, collecting mud and catching on ruts and kerbs. These only occupy that space while a door is open.

Fitting and installation
The brackets bolt to factory points, so the mechanical side is straightforward. The steps still need a power feed and a trigger off the door circuit, which is a job for an auto electrician or an installer who does these regularly. Fitting is not included in the price.

No. VIKOR make a separate set for the facelift truck under part number VESSF150-26. Send us the build date off the compliance plate and we will match the steps to it.
Does anything need drilling?
No. The brackets use the factory mounting points. The wiring is the part that needs doing properly.
Can the trim be colour coded?
Yes. The step trim can be colour coded to your truck. Send us your paint code and we will quote it.
What happens if something is under the step when it retracts?
The steps carry obstruction detection so they stop rather than closing onto a limb or an object.
