VIKOR sell a different shutter for the facelift truck. The changeover landed part way through 2024, which is why it is written as MY2024.5 rather than a clean model year. Order against your build date rather than the model year on the paperwork.

The side rails are the practical bit. Flat and reinforced means an OEM sports bar goes back on using VIKOR's universal sports bar brackets, and VIKOR say most popular aftermarket sports and roll bars will fit with minor customisation. The canister eats about 33cm out of the front of the tub, which is the trade-off against a folding cover.

Fitting and installation
The shutter clamps to the tub, so nothing is drilled. Allow 4-5 hours on a clean tray, plus time for key coding and putting a sports bar back on. Professional installation is required, and it is the only way to get factory key control and the in-cab switch working.

Will it fit a 2024.5 or later F-150?
No. VIKOR make a separate shutter for the facelift truck under part number VKESF150-26. Send us the build date off the compliance plate and we will match the shutter to it.
Can I keep my sports bar?
An OEM sports bar goes back on using VIKOR's universal sports bar brackets, sold separately. VIKOR say most popular aftermarket sports and roll bars will fit with minor customisation. Tell us which bar is on the truck before you order.
How much tub space does it cost me?
The canister sits behind the cab and extends about 33cm into the tub. That is the price of a cover that rolls away instead of folding or lifting off.
Can I put weight on it?
VIKOR recommend no more than 75kg of dynamic load. It is a secure cover, not a load platform. Cross bars are the answer if you want to carry gear over the top.
Is it waterproof?
VIKOR build it with their own sealing and water drainage system. VIKOR also note that off-road use can scratch and fault the shutter, and that this voids the manufacturer warranty.
