Ford Ranger PX1/PX2/PX3 (2011-2022) Premium Canopy - EGR
EGRThe EGR Premium Canopy is an Australian-made ABS canopy for the Ford Ranger PX dual cab. EGR list it against build dates from October 2011 through to July 2022, which covers PX, PXII, PXIII and the PXIII Wildtrak. Choose one of nine OEM-matched Ford colours and one of three side-window combinations. It clamps to the tub rails, so nothing gets drilled.
EGR state the Premium Canopy has been in production for over 12 years. The shell is thick UV-stable ABS, robotically trimmed, then finished in a factory paint code so it sits against the cab rather than next to it.

Choosing your side windows
All three combinations use the same tinted frameless glass. The difference is how the side windows open.
- Passenger-side lift window, driver-side sliding window. The most common combination. You get a full-height opening on the kerb side for loading, and a sliding window on the road side you can open without swinging glass out into traffic.
- Dual lift side windows. Both sides hinge up on struts. Best if you load from either side, or work out of the back of the ute and want the whole flank open.
- Dual sliding side windows. Both sides slide within the frame. Pick this if you park tight, tow, or run a roof rack and want to reach in without needing clearance above the tub.

Fitting and installation
The canopy clamps to the tub rails and the loom plugs into the vehicle, so there is no drilling and no cutting of the tub. EGR build these to order, so allow 2-3 weeks. If you are fitting a tailgate dust seal kit as well, do the seal kit first, then drop the canopy on.

Will this fit a Next-Gen Ranger?
No. The Next-Gen Ranger has a different tub and takes a different canopy.
Will it fit a Ranger Raptor?
Not this one. EGR list a separate Premium Canopy for the Ranger Raptor.
Do I have to drill the tub?
No. It is a clamp-on fitment onto the tub rails.
Can I get a colour that isn't listed?
EGR produce the Premium Canopy in the nine Ford finishes shown on this page. If your paint code is not among them, tell us your code and we will let you know the closest match.
How long will it take?
They are made to order. Allow 2-3 weeks.
What does it weigh?
EGR list the canopy at 130kg. It is not a one-person lift.
